The Luxuriant team, put tremendous love, sincerity and passion into planning our son’s wedding in New Jersey. They cared about each member of the family, including the bride’s father, who had dietary restrictions and the groom’s mother (me) who needed tremendous beauty care advice !

But, don’t mistake them for touchy-feely planners! Luxuriant runs a tight ship when it comes to planning and execution. They planned and delivered a flawless Maharashtrian wedding for us at ‘The Marigold’, including a ‘Pangat’ (sit down meal where each item is served individually) for nearly 200 people. Rupal planned everything to perfection including working with the caterer to order the authentic plates, bowls, cups etc.. She worked with them to plan and time the delivery of each item. Worked with the event place to coordinate staff training for serving and added small touches, like ordering phetas (traditional headdresses) for the servers.

We started our event planning more than a year back, as a backyard wedding. When Luxuriant came to pitch the project, they had already done their homework. That impressed us! After finding out that the backyard idea was impractical, we shifted to another venue and the night before signing that contract, had to change to our final venue. Even though we were responsible for all these venue changes, the team never lost their smile. They didn’t break a sweat (at least not one we could see). They maintained their sense of humor and got to work.  

Additionally, Luxuriant came to our rescue, even when we had unexpected hiccups on items that were our responsibility. We had to print some leaflets for the ceremony and our vendor dropped out at the last minute due to health issues. Luxuriant found us a replacement vendor on short order.
